The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team on a rapid acquisition project and make a significant impact as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead.
The position will focus on the planning and execution of the ILS Program, writing critical ILS artefacts such as Concepts, Plans, and Instructions. This is a full-time permanent position, based in either Melbourne, Canberra or Adelaide.
Interstate applicants are welcome to apply however relocation to the above locations will be required.
This position will require an active AGSVA clearance and the successful candidate must be willing to upgrade to an NV2.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor or Trade in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years’ experience working within Defence logistics with a strong understanding of materiel life cycle management, including acquisition and sustainment phases.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to communicate complex logistics concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead ILS initiatives, manage project timelines, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
