About this role:About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant within our Application Security Enablement team. This Consultant will engage application security and development teams on process and tools improvement. Ideating potential solutions and working with partners and stakeholders to gain efficiencies and improvements on their backlogs, and ultimately deliver implementation plans. Drive and develop transformative plans to "shift left" application security activities within SDLC processes. Additionally, will build out monthly dashboards merging new data sources and presentation data impacts to stakeholders. Will also engage in exception management processes and training/coordination among application security and development teams. A key aspect of this role is assuring that AppSec driven projects are implemented successfully.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Database design and development in SQL and/or MS Access
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with Python performing data mining and query reporting
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with automating ETL processes
- Experience with VB scripting
- Experience with Excel Macros
- Advanced ability to build consensus among technology and business stakeholders
- Ability to develop, analyze, and deliver dashboard information to key stakeholders
Job Expectations:- Expected to be in office three days a week
- 100% remote work option is not available

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
