This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as an advocate for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. This individual contributor will report directly to the head of Credit Analytics, Data, and Execution (CADO) team and will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all team wide Business Planning needs including communications, business reviews and executive responses across Consumer Lending Risk. This person will be a key driver of operating efficiency by bringing to life the critical initiatives across the organization.
In this role, you will:• Serve as the primary liaison between the CADO CRO team and various support partners in achieving business deliverables; includes planning and implementation of strategies, policies and process advancements
• Establish priorities and drive accountability for assigned initiatives, providing leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated and controlled to optimize effectiveness, account for all aspects of risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Work with key internal and/or external partners, possibly including agency representatives, regulators and auditors, to distill complex concepts into pragmatic and simplified/targeted solutions
• Develop and implement reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analyses
• He or she will be critical in building and maintaining team culture with responsibility for team all-hands, monthly and quarterly leadership meetings and team off sites
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
• Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans; Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry
- Risk Management experience
- Financial analysis experience and ability to read P&L and optimize revenue
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure operational excellence and timely execution
- Proven collaboration and ability navigate formal and informal channels; demonstrated success in leading, influencing, and building strong internal/external business relationships in a heavily matrixed organization to progress objectives requiring a high level of cooperation
