The Role:
As a member of the Data Engineering organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a rich and rapidly growing dataset. Join our team responsible for providing the data that delivers key insights on how our systems perform in the field.
What You’ll do:
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and systems for data collection.
- Manage data collection configurations in existing systems.
- Monitor, optimize, and modernize existing methods of data capture.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Develop new processes and methods for configuring in-vehicle data capture
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Understand the signals in the vehicle, the purpose and use of the data, and ensure signal fitness for purpose.
- Work with business partners on data-related issues and develop solutions to support their data needs
- Develop, execute, and manage data validation tests.
