On-site: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Factory Zero on a full-time basis.

The Role:
In this role, you will have responsibilities for the implementation and execution of the established business plan for production operations and champion an atmosphere of collaboration and cooperation. You could hold supervisory responsibility for a small/medium group of employees involved in plant production. Work can be of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Possess the ability to deal with complex problems.
What You'll Do:
- Support Functional Leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.)
- Execute the portfolio/business planning process
- Manage and plan assignments along with priority goals and requirements in the preparation of difficult projects
- Develop and maintain the project business cases (deliverables, benefits, timing)
- Analyze execution of Functional initiatives versus the Functional Business plan
- Interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data and recommend solutions to unusual problems
- Manages budgets
- Execute the Functional competitive assessment process
- Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group
- Handle a variety of special assignments
- Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
