Commercial Banking provides local coverage and specialized industry expertise to companies in a wide variety of industries and subsectors across multiple geographic locations, as well as government, institutional, and not-for-profit clients, with a portfolio of more than $200 billion in loans. The relationship-focused coverage businesses provide services to companies with annual sales generally between $25 million and $2 billion, while its specialized lending businesses deliver products to companies of all sizes. In addition to traditional lending products, Commercial Banking is a market leader in asset-based lending, equipment finance and leasing, global receivables and trade finance, floor plan finance, renewable energy, and environmental finance, and provides strategic capital investments.
Reporting to the CEO of Commercial Banking this position assumes responsibility for the following:
Responsibilities:- Serves as trusted advisor to the LOB CEO and enables them to effectively meet the demands of the CEO role.
- Prepare the LOB CEO for critical meetings with key stakeholders to include clients, Board, OC and regulators Prepares audience specific content and coordinates overall schedule, meetings, agendas, etc.
- Responsible for liaising where needed between the LOB CEO, the CB leadership team, and other enterprise functions to ensure effective horizontal coordination.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across senior leadership teams and ensure alignment on execution of key business objectives.
- Leads, or provides oversight, of high impact projects that require coordination across the team and are not in-scope for change management delivery.
- Understands market trends, customer insights, and financial reports to guide decisions.
- Drives operations efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and triaging situations to ensure work moves forward.
- Identifies and addresses potential risk and issues before they impact revenue; assist in managing business continuity risks.
- Promotes a team culture of accountability, innovation and growth within the leadership team and Wells Fargo.
- Manage and continue to evolve the CB Early Talent team, as well as the Meeting, Events, Sponsorships and Membership team.
Required Experience:- 8+ years of business management experience leading strategy and teams, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work, training, military, education.
- 4+ years management experience.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
