We are searching for the best talent for a Robotics and Controls Software Internship position, based in Santa Clara, CA.
The Robotics & Controls Intern will join the wider Robotics & Controls team. We are a group of highly motivated roboticists working on development of algorithms and productions level software that live at the heart of a complex robotic surgical system for medical applications. We work in a variety of exciting robotic functions including but not limited to kinematic and dynamic analysis, motion generation, control algorithms, system response characterization, performance and detailed software development.
You will be responsible for
- Understanding and navigating large codebases.
- Developing C++ software for real-time, safety critical applications.
- Deploying clean and efficient new code and refactor existing code to align with production level coding standards.
- Participating in software discussions and code reviews with broader teams and quickly incorporate feedback.
