Your opportunity
The AS Segmentation and Offer Strategy (AS SOS) team is responsible for creating actionable outcomes based on the strategic insights we develop into our advisor base. We turn data into stories which drive decisions regarding investment into our platforms, services, and products to best support our advisors. Our mission is to provide needs-based offers to our advisors based on defining a segmented advisor and end-client base. We highlight barriers to scale for removal and illuminate opportunities to attract continued growth. We work collaboratively with other strategy and execution partners across Advisor Services including: Service, Sales, Digital, Data, and Technology partners to achieve these outcomes.
As Senior Manager within AS Segmentation and Offer Strategy, you will be responsible for the design and delivery strategy associated with our Enterprise segment of clients. As these clients are the most complex and nuanced relationships on our platform, you will need to become an expert in the multifaceted way that multiple advisors can subdivide the services offered to end clients and operate as a team. Additionally, it will be critical to understand Schwab’s architecture and how advisors are set up for custody on our platform. You will work closely with our client facing and strategy organizations to understand the practical business needs which will be translated into opportunities. Then you will work with our leadership team to influence future strategic direction and gain buy-in on priorities. Once a strategic direction has been established, you will work with the various field leaders to execute the changes. Using a data driven approach, you will drive the strategy and execution forward based on evidence-based decision. You will establish milestones through a roadmap and ensure they are reached within the prescribed timeline and that relevant KPIs are achieved as a result.
Throughout the course of this work, you will also collaborate with fellow Segmentation and Offer Strategy members on their efforts to deliver more near-term results by providing perspective how segmentation strategy may intersect with other project areas of focus.
It will be necessary through the course of these efforts to communicate progress and challenges directly to the client facing field and the AS leadership team. This will require the ability to convert complex analytical details into easy to understand, tangible, business focused narratives.
