This individual will be a part of the Voice of the Client Analytics, Programs, and Business Optimization team within the CX Solutions department of Schwab Advisor Services. The CX Solutions department drives the development, execution and tracking of short and long-term strategic priorities affecting client and associate experience for Schwab’s RIA business. Specific to the analytics function, the department delivers data-driven insights and enables accountability through the tracking and reporting of key metrics.
What you will do:
This individual will identify, define, and lead efforts to transform data into meaningful and actionable intelligence. The Senior Manager, Analytics Developer is responsible for leading data analysis, automation, and storytelling projects for all Advisor Services stakeholders that depend on insights about client experience feedback, survey scores, interactions, and correlations with other business performance metrics. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and maintain recurring reporting and data visualizations in Tableau
- Leverage strong analytical and storytelling skills to summarize and deliver business intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Partner with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
- Partner with centralized data and technology teams to enable and deploy BI solutions to production
- Manage a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities
What you have
Required Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau, PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)
- Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders
Preferred Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Advanced degree or MBA
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment
- 5+ years of experience with statistical tools and analysis (R, SAS)
- 5+ years of experience with Client Experience and Voice of Client methodologies (survey methods, speech to text, topic taxonomies, interaction quality)
