Description:Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. Responds to military service inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations; understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information management systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification; resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.
Basic Qualifications:The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• F-35 Field Service Representative experience
• Experience with SAP and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience with Supply Chain Logistics and/or Inventory Management
• Must possess a Final Secret Security Clearance and must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) / High-priority requisition support and component repair cycle management
• Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong technical background.
• Experience interfacing directly with internal and government customers.
• Working knowledge in LM Aero program, logistics, supply, technical data, and training process and procedures
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
• Demonstrated project management, root-cause corrective action, and analytical problem solving
• Demonstrated initiative with internal/external communications
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
