As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor supporting C-130 Body Mate & Final, you’ll lead a team dedicated to achieving high standards in production, quality, and safety. What You Will Be Doing• Lead and oversee a represented workforce in the C-130J Mid/Mate area to meet production objectives.
• Develop crew plans to align with cost and schedule requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to cost, schedule, quality, supply chain, technical, and personnel challenges.
• Drive and support initiatives to improve work sequences, engineering, planning, tooling, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and metrics.
• Energize team members, actively practicing Commitment to Action (COA), and hold team members accountable for performance.

• Hands-on experience working in a shop floor environment.
• Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a production setting.
• Experience managing and collaborating with hourly employees.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
Desired Skills:• Familiarity with the Quality Action Document System (QADS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly processes and procedures.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training and development.
• Working knowledge of AutoTime for timekeeping and labor tracking.
• Experience with AMS (Aircraft Maintenance Systems) and SAHP (Systems Application for High Performance).
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
