POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and is responsible for the day to day operation of the assigned guard force by meeting all contractual requirements.

Performs a variety of duties assigned by the Program Manager, including but not limited to, scheduling personnel to minimize overtime, assessing working conditions to ensure that posts are staffed and provide direct supervision of assigned security officers, gathering information for investigations, advising management concerning employee performance and disciplinary matters, inspecting uniforms and credentials, completing reports, liaison between the sites and the Supervisor, stand posts if needed, and other tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizenship preferred
- At least 21 years of age
Education / Experience
- Possess high school diploma from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education or equivalent certificate
- At least two (2) years' successful experience in field supervision.
- Must be able to meet state/county licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Background Prerequisites
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, may need to meet Physical examination and agility requirements per assignment and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements.

- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with emotional or confrontational circumstances.
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Strong working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures (i.e. electronic security equipment, audio and video equipment)
WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Work is performed inside and outside the property with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable crisis situations.
- Shift work required.
- Ability to remain on post up to four (4) consecutive hours without eating, drinking, or relieving bladder/bowels.
- Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping, up to 12 hours per day, either indoors or outdoors, during daytime or nighttime.
