Overview:
We are seeking a Mobile Expert to join our team. As a Mobile Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting mobile devices and accessories.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their mobile needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide post-sales support
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile device display area
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technologies and trends
Experience:
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in a grocery store setting, is advantageous
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Excellent communication skills to effectively sell products and interact with customers
- Familiarity with electronics sales is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and display areas efficiently
