Location
This position is based out of Lone Tree, CO or Houston, TX. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the industrial and water market.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company culture and specific job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting, with a focus on the industrial and/or water market.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting staff personnel for infrastructure or water projects.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its unique staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Base Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
