Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Will provide remote desktop support to internal employees.
- Will troubleshoot company devices such as monitors, docking stations, email issues etc.
- Will assist in software installs.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous Tech Support experience.
- Experience working with Windows 11 (Preferred)
- Previous experience working with Cloud Technologies. (Preferred)
- Experience with AI technology (Preferred)
