About this role:Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications Strategy & Experience, this position will execute a defined set of strategic employee communications, content, and engagement initiatives across internal digital, social and physical/in-person channels. This position will partner with communicators across the enterprise and Lines of Business to deliver meaningful experiences that help employees feel informed, valued, and inspired. Minneapolis, MN.In this role you will:- Partner with communicators and subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging content that advances Wells Fargo's business priorities and articulates the employee experience.
- Support the delivery of information and experiences through digital and physical channels that engage all employees with Wells Fargo's benefits, mission, and values.
- Engage specific audiences, including frontline audiences, through targeted messaging and channels.
- Directly execute written, audio and video content to drive engagement and support business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end content processes, including stakeholder engagement and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, event specialists and editors as needed.
- Leverage data and learnings to continually optimize and improve effectiveness.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications- Experience developing compelling content solutions for multi-channel campaigns
- Experience with short-form video creation; video editing experience a plus
- Strong written communications capabilities
- Experience engaging targeted audiences, including frontline/customer-facing audiences
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience in and knowledge of the financial services industry, or another closely-regulated industry
- Experience with large-scale corporate transformations and designing multifaceted integrated communications strategies to support changes, programs, and initiatives
Job Expectations:- Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office, two days remote)

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
