This role will report directly to the IAM Product organization and will be responsible to own the alignment of the product vision and roadmap which will require collaborate with other product team members, product area team members, and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the product.
The Product Owner will be required to own the software planning, design, and requirements for the product area with a specialized focus in secure design, requirements, peer review, software development, assessment, and deployment of the product area with a specialized focus in static analysis, software composition analysis, dynamic analysis, software supply chain security analysis.
In this role, you will:- Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals, objectives, key results, and performance indicators.
- Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
- Turn product vision and voice of the consumer into actionable user stories and technical requirements in line with the UX.
- Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
- Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across product teams.
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years IAM experience
Desired Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, etc and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Proven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussions
- Foundational understanding of IAM tools and processes
- Significant experience leading controls operations at a large financial services institution
- Ability to develop technology strategy, operating models, and roadmaps with clear objectives
- Experience with issue management, risk assessments and risk management reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
- Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities.
- Solid creative and strategic thinking skills.
- A desire for creating highly functioning processes
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management/senior leaders.
- Certifications as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills.
- Fluency in Financial Services and Technology
- Understanding of Product-led approach, Agile methodology and routines, Strategic Planning, and financial product areas

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
