The Product Director will be accountable for leading the development of medical education content for TALVEY. In this role, you will develop innovative speaker program content while optimizing speaker training & communication plans. You will also lead advisory boards with key opinion leaders with responsibility for shaping relevant brand initiatives in a rapidly evolving market and lead overall conference strategy. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, internal partners, and agency partners to help support Multiple Myeloma patients.
The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Talvey speaker program content to achieve strategic medical education goals for oncologists and their care teams
- Develop speaker training content to optimize program execution and engagement with program participants
- Lead Talvey-focused advisory boards to generate insights for marketing initiatives and develop tactical plans to enhance brand differentiation.
- Liaise with Market Access & Patient Experience team to optimize strategic execution across stakeholder engagement plans
- Contribute to our multi-brand, cross-functional multiple myeloma portfolio strategy.
- Work efficiently with external agencies, key internal partners and cross functional groups within the organization.
