Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product or program management.
- 3 years of experience working with systems design and product design.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to communicate to technical/business stakeholders and users and interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment.
- Excellent project management, relationship management and change management skills.

Responsibilities
- Own change management including communications, UAT, pilot, and launch activations. Key deliverables include Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and change management plans.
- Oversee signal performance monitoring and impact tracking. Lead the exploration of business problems and leverage data analysis and metrics to design, pitch, or assess impact for a potential signal solution.
- Identify data signal gaps, consolidate systems/pipelines, and influence on go-to-market/product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., peer Global Product Leads, Engineering, RSO Program Managers) to develop signals and related tools. Lead the product development lifecycle of designing, testing and deploying data signals.
- Manage stakeholder related activities such as managing and balancing escalations, requirements, and feedback.
