About this role:The Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) Threat Detection & Management Senior Analyst is a key role supporting the team's mission to prevent inappropriate storage, external sharing and distribution of sensitive company, customer and employee information.
In this role, you will:- Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
- Perform remediation of DLP incidents, compile ad hoc data and reporting to support information security risk management
- Provide guidance and direction in reviewing DLP incidents and mitigating controls to optimize information security
- Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
- Develop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards
- Review draft and proposed control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required
- Rapidly validate potential risks associated with DLP events and taking action to prevent further undesirable behaviors.
- Lead incident response activities.
- Lead identification of emerging patterns of risky user behaviors and converting them to actionable recommendations for DLP rule enhancements and tuning.
- Collaborate with multiple internal partner organizations to refer certain events requiring additional investigation or preventive measures.
- Analyze test rules in preparation for implementation.
- Lead ongoing advancement of next-generation DLP triage capabilities, taking advantage of machine learning and other automation to enable a risk-based approach toward event disposition.
- Design and execute operational risk controls and associated procedures
- Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders
- Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Communicate and Collaborate - foster intra- and inter-team communications to remove barriers and help avoid duplicative or low-value efforts

Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 3+ years of Data Loss Prevention Operations experience including event triage and response, identifying tuning enhancements, etc.
- 2+ years of Information Security Governance, Risk and Change Management (GRC) experience.
- 1+ years working with user behavioral analytics or other advanced machine learning and automation technologies.
- CISSP or other applicable InfoSec qualifications
Job Expectations:- Ability to cover off-hours incident response or other on-call related duties
- Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
