Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst for our client’s requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, Maryland. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights.
- Update collection requirements across multiple intelligence gathering disciplines.
- Respond to ad hoc requests to address high priority emerging issues.
- Recommend and implement new solutions, processes, policies, standards in support of functions strategy and operations. Issues are complex and typically impact multiple areas or disciplines.
- Facilitates working groups and special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, writing, and briefing skills to work effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to coordinate, network, and communicate across the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Familiarity with counterintelligence collection management activities.
- Background in HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and/or OSINT collection and analysis.
- Experience conceptualizing and assessing qualitative and quantitative information.
- Experience querying reporting databases.
- Experience working with the IC and its components, as well as familiarity with its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships.
- Typically requires a BA degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
