Description:This Administrative Assistant position will provide a full range of complex administrative work assignments reporting directly to Cenral Procurement, our largest OneLM transformation to date, supporting the executive leadership of this new EO team. The individual selected for this role will effectively perform the job duties as described below and exhibit the identified attributes for success:
• Sustained effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with continual conflicting priorities
• Flawless maintenance of calendars, meeting, travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Business Rhythm Action Management: action tracking of ongoing integration projects, updates and statuses tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
• Event coordination of team engagements and offsites; room coordination, attendance and related logistics
• Regular professional interface with executive level leaders; proactive partnership and coordination with cross Business Area leadership and corporate staff
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint) to: compose correspondence, memos, reports, create spreadsheets and presentation charts; ensure finished documents are proofread.
• Exhibits a highly-motivated, can-do approach
• Pursues opportunities to change or lean out processes or approaches
• Performs additional special assignments as required
This position does support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near Orlando and be expected to work in the office ~50% of the time.

• 5 years of professional administrative assistant experience, with at least 3 years working in an executive office environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure and maintain strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstration of "own it" attributes to address executive’s needs, the surrounding work environment, and customer interfaces/requests
• Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to action items and deadlines, including multi-tasking to manage a wide-variety of ongoing projects
• Thorough knowledge of systems applications such as MS Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:To be successful, ideally, you should also have:
• Lockheed Martin experience
• Experience in a Corporate or in cross-functional environments
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), internet research and demonstrated proficiency in meeting technology such as VTC, Teams, audio and web conferencing.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
