THE WORKAs the Tool Control Supervisor, you will manage and optimize all Tool Control functions within our Assembly & Flight Operations. In this dynamic and customer-focused environment, you will ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to address Tool Control challenges and enhance inventory management practices, emphasizing transformation and inventory reduction. Your role encompasses a diverse range of analytical and administrative tasks, including Material Planning, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain management.

Basic Qualifications:Experience in Manufacturing/ Operations/ ideally aerospace
Experience with Manufacturing, Material Operations, Production Operations and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Should be open to work on multiple shifts and on weekends per rotational schedule
Desired Skills:B.A. / B.S Degree in Business Administration preferred.
Solumina and SAP preferred.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred.
Supervisory experience is desirable.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
