Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, New York, or Omaha.

As Sr. Program Manager, Go-To-Market Enablement, you will lead and manage global go-to-market field enablement programs and develop project strategies for our Centre of Excellence (COE) that supports our Talent Solutions business. You will seek to unlock the full potential of products through education, measurement, and operational excellence. You’ll embrace continuous learning and diverse feedback to ensure that our team’s tools and programs are constantly evolving and improving to meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, our Sr. Program Manager will identify, develop and manage high priority initiatives that drive continued sales success within the Program Management Office in the COE. You will work closely with Go-To-Market Enablement, Sales, Customer Success and cross-functional leaders including, but not limited to, Product Marketing, Insights, Sales Ops, BizOps, to ensure that programs are properly scoped and resourced, timelines are accurate, and leaders are engaged and informed of key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, tracking performance, and communicating project status updates to internal business partners.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead and execute global cross-functional project teams to ensure programs are successfully deployed and capabilities are delivered.
- Be a people coach or mentor for other peers within the PMO team
- Drive strategic horizontal initiatives that advance the ability of the Go-To-Market Enablement organization to deliver advanced quality learning experiences for internal stakeholders and teams.
- Be the subject matter expert who enables our partners to deliver world class learning programs via consultations, training, education, and guidance.
- Innovate processes based on our evolving requirements, and develop a repeatable process, partner with product marketing teams to define process requirements, roles and responsibilities and decision-making matrices.
- Develop strategic enablement plans and project timelines, own the completion of milestones, prioritize actions, communicate with multiple stakeholders, use analytical ability to measure and report status, handle risk mitigation, and eliminate blockers as needed.
- Continuously evaluate priorities, develop plans, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Develop relevant rhythm of the business dashboards for programs to ensure transparency and alignment with partners and leaders.
- Effectively communicate throughout the program deployment lifecycle and be an influential change champion.
- Go deep in understanding and validating internal and external customer needs, translate them into specific and actionable requirements, product roadmaps, learning journeys and project plans.
- Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct data-driven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement approved recommendations.
- Learn quickly, be agile and proactive, as well as assume ownership for broad tracks and global workstreams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA or BS degree or related practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management or project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong inclination toward program and people management
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Experience working in tech, digital and/or Education or Learning space
- Experience working with or in sales teams and in SaaS businesses
- Experience working on or in global Enterprise businesses
- Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
- Ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Experience with change management a plus
- PMP Certification a plus
- MBA or advanced degree a plus

The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $182,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
