Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking Senior ERP Analysts (SAP) to serve on a potential effort supporting the Navy.
Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting business intelligence objectives by assisting in BI governance, facilitating efforts to leverage financial data warehouse environments, providing BI technical support, managing data archiving efforts, and developing documentation to support ongoing BI efforts.
- Making recommendations to support the integration of financial business processes to best leverage Navy ERP.
- Supporting overall efforts to integrate into Navy ERP the budget formulation, budget execution, labor management, cost allocation and modeling, financial reporting and monthly, quarterly, and yearly close outs/startups.
- Assisting in delivery of training on Navy ERP functional areas as needed to support management of transactional workflow and to accelerate system adoption by users.
- Assisting government personnel in the areas of operations and business process support including but not limited to ticket escalation, testing, user management, requirements definition, high level design, data quality, validation, release management, reporting and issue resolution across all resident Navy ERP modules. Modules include: Asset Management (AM), Business Information Warehouse (BW), Controlling (CO), Financial Accounting (FI), Funds Management (FM), Material Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Workforce Management (WFM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and User Management (UM).
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or SAP Business Objects Tools, //OR// 12 years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or SAP Business Objects Tools if no degree.
- Current, active Secret Clearance.
- Ability to apply a thorough technical and business knowledge of the Navy ERP System to support specific tasks related to reporting/analytics/dashboards, data warehousing, data integration, data mapping, data management, data governance, archiving, and metadata management.
- Ability to support data extracts, transformation load, metrics collection, and analysis of Navy ERP data and associated systems' data feeds and reporting of this data internally and externally to the customer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting ERP to SAP migration for the Navy or another federal agency or similar.
- Direct experience with ADVANA Jupiter
