What you will do
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to support channel- and firm-specific marketing initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of U.S. Client Marketing and is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and selective partnership opportunities. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas including Sales, National Accounts, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff to see initiatives through to completion.
What you can expect
- Collaborate with sales teams to deeply understand selling processes and account nuances, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as the voice of the intermediary to the broader marketing organization
- Engage with partner firms to understand objectives and investment themes and identify marketing opportunities
- Manage multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns from end to end, including campaign and journey development, content creation, campaign execution and measurement
- Analyze campaign metrics on an ongoing basis to determine campaign performance and use findings to optimize future campaigns
- Develop and manage firm-specific and home office content, communications and event initiatives
- Lead channel marketing activities in an effort to support sales activity and help drive engagement (i.e. emails, presentations, etc.)
- Establish and maintain relationships with Sales and National Accounts and develop marketing strategies to help meet collective goals
- Manage the inventory of firm-specific literature to ensure compliance requirements are met, data is current, and messaging is relevant
- Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and firm approval process
- Conduct competitive research on topics key competitors are focused on
What you will bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing and/or channel marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Ability to learn and navigate systems, including Salesforce
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 is a plus
- General understanding of financial markets, asset classes and investment products
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Data driven mindset; strong aptitude for numbers
- Strong ability to collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams
- Experience successfully prioritizing and leading multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines
Salary Disclosure
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $140,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
