Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Specialist interacts clearly and professionally with customers (internal and external), maintains all files (current and historical) and performs a wide variety of administrative office duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
Independently assess and apply standard customer service techniques and procedures
Provide prompt, professional customer service at all times
Exercise judgment to adapt to the needs of each customer
Assist in designing larger and more complex customer service assignments
Assist in the development of plans, investigations, and surveys
Prepare reports with MS Word and Excel.
Continuous update of online system of record (MAXIMO), designed to manage: service order request and assets
Comply with all safety processes and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment
Position may involve a rotating schedule
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 years of relevant Customer Service experience
Must have excellent communication skills including Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Requires experience and familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must possess a high level of professionalism
Requires a high degree of efficiency and a sound work ethic
Must be detail oriented
Must be capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision
Requires Poland ID and/or a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and 6 blank pages
Availability immediately
This position is under the local Poland payroll, and candidates must be Polish citizens.
