About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a
Digital Channel Strategist (Senior Lead Marketing Consultant) on our
Enterprise Marketing Services team.
Enterprise Marketing Services manages core elements of the marketing ecosystem for the enterprise, including marketing channel strategy, governance, and optimization; marketing process execution and simplification; and key marketing technology platforms. In partnership with our customer data and analytics teams, the Enterprise Marketing Services teams enable the LOB Marketing teams to deliver their objectives through our owned channels (Public site, Mobile App, etc.)
The Digital Channel Strategist will be extremely savvy at analyzing digital channel strategies at an enterprise level that increase value generation through channels as a result of capabilities enhancement, optimization efforts to increase efficiency and efficacy of marketing campaigns running on Wells Fargo's Owned Digital Channels. A high level of consulting and advisory will be required to influence key stakeholders among senior-executive audiences.

In this role, you will: - Institutionalize and evolve measurement frameworks and solutions to assess performance of digital channel across the business.
- Partner with Marketing, Technology, Data teams and partner teams to develop a robust and reliable data foundation with channel and campaign context and use that to provide meaningful business insights to grow the marketing channels profitability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and stay curious on evolving marketing measurement and analytics landscape and drive innovative in advanced insights development.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership and marketing partners to develop or influence objectives, plans, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex marketing needs that can be resolved through utilizing data-driven advanced analytical and statistical techniques.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a non-technical audience of varying levels, including leadership, across the company.
- Oversee cross-LOB campaign monitoring and forecasting through historical and scenario analysis.
- Measure impacts of new platforms and experiences on customer and business outcomes and identify areas of optimization.
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in financial services, especially banking.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing channel measurement and optimization leveraging analytics and data insights
- Highly analytical and understands concepts related to predictive modeling, AI, data science, analytics, simulation, and forecasting to help drive strategic decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a non-technical audience of varying levels, including leadership.
- Experience in personalization and journeys in multi-channel environments (online, mobile, email, brick-and-mortar)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver incremental business profit via marketing and to think critically about the next best opportunity.
- Persuasive storytelling skills - ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts and effectively communicate actions and outcomes.
- Understanding of growth and loyalty marketing principles and marketing technology trends.

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
