We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Research and Development team at Johnson & Johnson Vision. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will play a vital role in advancing our scientific understanding and technological innovations in the field of eye care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research projects and/or in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including software, system engineering, mechanical design, and advanced research, focused on advancing eye care technologies.
- Design and implement experimental protocols, utilizing your strong hands-on skills to develop and improve prototypes for novel medical devices.
- Perform rigorous data analysis using advanced statistical methods and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize analytical modeling techniques to simulate and optimize the mechanical behavior of ocular structures.
- Apply your expertise in animal tissue handling to develop and refine in vitro and in vivo models for preclinical testing.
- Other duties as assigned.
