Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Team Quality Inspector and Auditor to ensure the ongoing quality and efficiency of our maintenance operations across multiple sites. This role will focus on monitoring the performance of maintenance teams, analyzing work order trends, supporting technician development, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Trend Analysis: Review and analyze work order data to identify trends and patterns that impact efficiency, quality, and service delivery. Provide actionable insights to improve team performance.
- Technician Development: Monitor and track technicians' training progress and completion of skillset level upgrades. Ensure all technicians are progressing in their career development through continuous training.
- Customer Satisfaction Management: Develop, distribute, and manage customer satisfaction surveys. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance customer service outcomes.
- Customer Service Training: Lead training sessions for technicians on best practices for customer service, ensuring they consistently deliver a positive experience to clients.
- Site Auditing and Standardization: Visit various maintenance organizations and sites to audit current practices and ensure they align with company standards. Implement and maintain a consistent standard across all sites to optimize performance and service quality.
- Quality Control and Reporting: Perform regular inspections and audits of maintenance processes and outcomes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document findings and recommend improvements as needed.
- Facility Condition Assessments: Conduct comprehensive facility condition assessments to evaluate the overall state of facilities and identify areas needing improvement or repair. Provide detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions and long-term facility improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in facilities management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- years of experience in maintenance, quality control, or facilities management, with an emphasis on team leadership and development.
- Strong understanding of work order systems, maintenance operations, and technician training programs.
- Experience in customer service and developing customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, create reports, and implement improvements.
- Ability to conduct audits and assessments of maintenance organizations and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
