Description:WHAT WE’RE DOING
The Aircraft Media Gateway program enables the P-8A aircraft to sustain and improve the armed maritime and littoral Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance capabilities for United States Naval forces in traditional, joint and combined roles to counter changing and emerging threats
We design, develop, integrate and test a system that creates media builds to enable the aircraft to boot subsystems, record and offload mission data.
AMG handles custom media builds, simultaneous build/extract capabilities, significantly simplifies the media build process for operators, and reduces total build time.
THE WORK
As a CM/DM Engineering primarily supporting the AMG Program as well as additional RMS C6ISR programs in Valley Forge, PA, you will:
- Utilize software configuration management tools (JIRA, GiT,) to manage software files and track software changes.
- Create Software builds and associated documentation, track variances and generate monthly metrics.
- Manage agenda and minutes for various change boards - Control software/hardware changes.
- Interface with Hardware/Software Leads, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance to achieve program objectives in accordance with program schedule.
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of SW baselines
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented.
- Design, develop, automate and maintain productivity tools using programming database or scripting languages.
- Perform Data Management tasks including formatting and delivering CDRLs.
- Act as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA)
- Control Hardware changes

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Software and Hardware Configuration Management
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Data Management
- Understanding of IT Systems/Information Assurance
- Knowledge of network security.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Understanding/Experience with implementing Configuration Management Digital Transformation initiatives
- EPDM/PDM experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
