The Tax Administrative Specialist position is in person in our Bedford, NH office.

Responsibilities:

Prepare client engagement letters
Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents
Process client tax returns using a variety of software, including SafeSendReturns, Sharefile, Tax Caddy, and CCH Axcess.
Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
Assist other staff with overflow work

Qualifications:

1+ years of administrative experience in a professional services setting required
Requires proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel; knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams is preferred
Requires clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, and accurate grammar usage
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously
Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail
Ability to work with a diverse group of clients and employees, and maintaining a positive attitude towards work, the firm, and the team
