Your Team
As a Lead, Business Intelligence in the Agile Enablement Office you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to create reports and visualizations to drive insights supporting teams across all business units. Designs, develops and implements business intelligence dashboard solutions using various BI tools and technologies (i.e. Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.). Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators and develop automated, scaled dashboard solutions. Specialize in exploiting data insights for the generation of business intelligence reports and dashboards, which provides insights and will be used for problem solving and decision making.

Here is what you can expect in a typical day
- As a leader and supporter of multiple key Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives, you will manage the day-to-day development of BI technology solutions while collaborating and communicating effectively with business partners to proactively identify needs, prioritize tasks, and develop solutions.
- You will influence peers, senior leaders, and others who are not direct reports, working across businesses and teams to gain buy-in and build consensus for delivering dashboard solutions.
- Own the delivery of projects according to planned roadmaps, reporting on measurable OKRs and milestones to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes.
- Proactive business engagement will ensure that solutions are robust, tested, and leverage best practices and industry standards. You are also expected to experiment and learn new tools and technologies.
- With the customer in mind, you will design and implement reporting and visualization solutions to provide insights for decision-making. This includes creating templates for dashboards and reports to be used by other BI analysts and end users, and developing dashboards and reports for senior and executive management.
- Your technical designs must accurately represent requirements and functional designs, while providing best practices and industry standards to guide BI strategy development.
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions. This involves performing and documenting data analysis, validation, and mapping/design, as well as reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
- Conduct in-depth testing and develop database queries to analyze effects and troubleshoot issues.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics; or experience in related fields
- Problem Solving – deep knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving interpersonal, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify insights, patterns, discrepancies, anomalies, and business trends ; Integration of data from disparate sources (internal/external) ; Ability to synthesize results and make business recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Expertise in relevant data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel. Additional data visualization tools, e.g., QlikView, Google Analytics
- Data Wrangling: Preparing data for further analysis. Transforming and mapping raw data to generate insights, Data wrangling through Data Robot, Excel, SQL.
- Database Management System: Knowledge of how to work with data from (do not build): SQL, Unstructured (NoSQL), Graph / ontology (DB Graph)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with agile development methodologies and toolsets (Jira required, Jira Align strongly preferred)
- Understanding of SQL, rational databases, front-end development, and normalization

The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
