Overview
Customer Service Representative will rotate on a shift basis between the positions of Entry Lanes, Exit Lanes, Cashier, Ambassador, and Field. This position is primarily outdoors working the Entry Lanes, Exit Lanes, Cashier, Ambassador and Field for the various Parking Lots we oversee.
Payrate: $20.53 per hour.
The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

General Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated communication skills; both verbal and written
- Always remain approachable to customers and staff
- Problem-solving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeanor.
Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
Preferred Qualifications: - Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
- Previous security experience and/or other related experience as asset.
