Pay Range $90,000 - $120,000.00 Annually
The pay listed is the Salary or Hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
Job Objective:
The Relocation Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and delivery of all operational move relocation services and office changes to ensure the move program is consistently, accurately and in a timely manner, planned, managed, collaborating with Directors/Managers and IMF Representatives across the Portfolio to facilitate and guide the flow of information and the delivery process to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and directs all phases of daily operations of Move Request system In ServiceNOW.
- Coordinate the planning of all staff relocations.
- Executes daily move plans and tasks.
- Communicates and coordinates all daily move and project group moves related activities.
- Ensures all daily moves and group moves are executed on-time.
- Collaborates with Facilities Support Manager to ensure resource availability.
- Coordinate with in-house service teams service providers and vendors.
- Manage client expectations as they relate to established service level agreements.
- Project workload planning and resource allocation.
- Plan, manage and execute work in accordance with performance metrics and KPI’s.
- Adapt quickly to change and adjust schedules and timelines, as necessary.
- Understand and comply with internal process and procedures.
- Full understanding and knowledge of Able/ABM Services, services, and product portfolio.
- Understands Able/ABM Services and IMF performance objectives.
- Knowledge of the construction and architectural concepts and principles.
- Perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Focus on goal and expectations of the client and customer.
- Administer established procedures.
- Ensure alignment with the Director and the IMF relative to base and project work.
Relationships and Roles:
- Internal / External Cooperation
- ABM Operations (Internal)
- Collaborate with Able/ABM Management Team to drive compliance, metrics, and outcomes ensuring all client KPI, SOW, and SLA requirements are met for Space, Project and Moves.
- ABM Clients (External)
- Function as Client Advocate, Key Representative and/or key point of contact from Able/ABM ensuring excellence relative to MAC support work.
- Key Relationships (Internal)
- Able/ABM Directors, Managers and Staff
Job Specifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience in the related field; facilities management service and or relocation service industry.
- Proven experience with project delivery as well as direct experience with moves, adds and changes, facilities management, and operations in a dynamic corporate environment is essential.
- Understanding and knowledge of architectural drawings
- Planning, coordination, and execution skills for all levels of projects
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with others team members and provider.
