Implements and ensure execution of new programs to support the Pro and Specialty business initiatives through the management of direct reports and cross functional collaboration with groups such as the SSC.

Travels within the region to focus on Store Execution and impact that’s being made by the local Area Pro & Specialty Managers.
•
Approval of action plans created by the Area Pro & Specialty Managers to close the gap and advise regional leadership on areas of improvement based on data analysis and store/customer feedback.
•
Serves as an escalation point of contact between District Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to provide a consistent Pro & Specialty experience across all stores.
•
Hires, coaches, and develops district-level leaders, providing meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession planning.
•
Collaborates with the Divisional Pro & Specialty Director as issues arise around the Pro and Specialty.
•
Works collaboratively with regional peers in the execution of Pro and Specialty Sales initiatives to drive Pro Store Execution performance

Pay Range: $109,800.00 - $183,000.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
