Job Overview
The Sr Manager Talent Acquisition Team will lead and manage Business Partners (Recruiters) and TA specialists who are responsible for full-cycle recruiting (i.e., sourcing, evaluating, closing, and onboarding candidates) and are aligned to the business via functional lines. They will be responsible for strategic workforce planning to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. The goal of this role is to add value beyond transactional tasks by pursuing opportunities to refine and improve processes, identifying potential trends/issues, and building strategic sourcing programs to support the local markets. They will communicate, maintain and ensure Service Level Agreements/Performance Metrics that measure results, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position will support the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas Market Units and will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership. Manages the development and execution of the talent acquisition and retention practices that will attract, retain and deploy talent to drive the company's strategic business goals
- Leverages technology for optimal candidate relationship management and experience. Understands and rolls out technology tools where advantageous
- Work closely with Talent Systems team on enhancements to myCAREER, serve as a tool administrator
- Drive process enhancements and compliance productivity gains across TA lifecycle through process and technology implementation. Maintain vendor partnerships and cost optimization
- Ensure development of SOPs for the TA function and delivery of necessary training to TABPs, TARs, and TASs
- Maintains knowledge of employment laws and employee relations, including specific knowledge of the rules that affect employment. Establish controls to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and corporate policies. Maintains & audits accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance
- Tracks and analyzes a strong portfolio of talent metrics to measure and quantify success, influence talent strategies, and educate partners on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources
