TITLE: Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Develop and enhance micro services for value added services including fraud prevention and data modeling for Credit Risk and Fraud Team. Develop software systems required to monitor and manage the credit, fraud and operational risks related to our acquiring and issuing business. Design and build web environments on AWS, develop micro services with SOAP and REST, and transform design mockups and wireframes into functional components. Develop responsive web pages. Deploy, test, and debug web applications across multiple browsers. Coordinate with various teams to develop micro services as per requirements. Adhere to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving Java software development experience. Prior experience must also include: Object-oriented programming including Java, J2EE and Web Technologies; Developing SOAP or Rest microservices using Kafka, SQS, Spring and Spring Boot; Building containers using Docker; Writing Junit for microservices development; Working with relational databases including Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL and Snowflake; Building software using Cloud technologies including AWS, SNS, Lambda and Python; Fixing vulnerabilities using Sonar, Fortify, and WebInspect; Working with Maven and Ant; and Working with DevOps and CI/CD skills.
