About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Accountability Specialist to support HR Governance Program analytics to join our Human Resources Governance team.
In this role, you will:- Evaluate effectiveness of Wells Fargo HR Governance programs
- Develop and provide analysis of HR Governance key metrics and dashboard
- Make recommendations for process improvements across HR Governance programs
- Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of Advanced Excel experience, including performing data analysis creating pivot tables
- 2+ years of SharePoint experience
- 2+ years of HRIS experience, Workday preferred
- 2+ years of Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory experience
- 2+ years HR Analytics experience
- 1+ years of compensation programs experience
- 1+ years of experience providing cross-functional analytics support to leadership to plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
- 1+ years of experience using Power Query or equivalent experience with ETL solutions
- 1+ years of experience using Power BI or equivalent experience using business intelligence tools
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience exercising independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
- Experience working in financial services
- Experience working with C-suite
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge and understanding of human resources policies and processes
- Ability to present digestible material, conveying complex material concisely
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results with speed and agility
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:- Willingness to work on-site at one of the required locations below. Position will require onsite presence.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
