About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior System Analyst to work in our group that manages the Travel and Expense (T&E) technology function for Wells Fargo globally. This group works closely with our infrastructure partners to support our migration effort to new state of the art datacenters. Our team is seeking an individual that has Senior Systems Analysis skills which includes experience working with vendors, system and application Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters and multiple lines of business internationally to create and implement designs to grow our applications. Our applications run in a secure environment, so there is an expectation that the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of corporate security. It also includes working with technology partners that manage Wells Fargo's internal commercial card (PCARD) and or solutions, while documenting process/workflows and system requirements.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and Consult with Vendor, Multiple Lines of Business and Technology team to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years working in an Agile environment
- 5+ years of working in a Java or object-oriented environment
- 5+ years of work experience in a distributed environment
- 5+ years of background experience with relational Database technology
- 3+ years of experience with webservices/APIs
- 3+ years of working experience with design tools like VISIO etc...
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with Third Party Hosted Systems - External Vendors
- Demonstrated knowledge Cloud Technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microservices and APIs
- Travel and Expense technologies.
- Commercial Card Technologies
- Experience working on Scrum teams
- Advanced Skills on MS Office suite of tools, including VISIO and Project
