Job Description This position will report directly to the site Plant Engineering Supervisor responsible for the Lexington, Burlington, and Plymouth MA Locations. Collectively, these sites make up a total of approximately 260,000 GSF within business park settings. The position will be based out of the Lexington, MA site, located at 2 Forbes Road. This site consists of 22 acres, which supports one primary building totaling approximately 96,000 SF, housing approximately 160 employees. The Lexington Site provides support to three different business areas utilizing general office space, manufacturing facilities, environmental testing facilities, clean rooms and R&D spaces.
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate shall have experience in and be capable of the following:
- Carpentry
- Sheetrock installs and repairs.
- Painting
- Doors and locks
- Suspended ceiling installs and repairs
- Light moving and rigging.
- Snow removal
- Snow shoveling
- operating a snow blower
- Carpet and vinyl flooring repair.
- General computer skills
- General ground and building maintenance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Able to pick up and move at least 50 pounds.
- 100% on site work
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years work experience
- Carpentry skills
- Sheetrock installs and repairs
- Painting

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Ability to obtain other professional licenses in future as needed

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
