About This Team:
This team delivers Global People Systems, Processes and Intelligence that are easy for employees to use, collaborates with HR and builds tools and technology to support global HR functions.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Recruitment processes and types optimization through tools and systems
- Compensation and benefits - Build and sustain systems for compensation and career advancement.
- Manage and build expense and travel in Workday and integrations associated with GL in ERP., Banks
- Payroll Management and integrations
- May have budget accountability for the department.
- Contractor Management
- Reporting
- Working with HR, contractors and partners to design and build and run processes in systems, manage data.
- Problems are difficult and moderately complex.
- Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors.
- Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization.
- Manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Supervisors.
- Typically has hiring, termination, promotion and reward authority within own area, in accordance with Corporate Guidelines
- Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Workday systems and ADP
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting, configure system settings and generate reports in collaboration with HR
- Leverage and utilize AI based tools to automate tasks like JDs, stream line repetitive HR processes.
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $196,130-$245,162 CA generally ranges; $204,657-$255,821 All other locations fall under our General State range; $170,547-$213,184 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
