This role is on a hybrid schedule and must be able to work from Ally’s Charlotte or Detroit locations an average of three days per week.
As the Sr Analyst, Business System Development-Workday, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation products. This position plays a vital role in supporting and optimizing our Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation system. The Sr Analyst, Business System Development-Workday will collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs and enhances our HR processes. This position is part of the Workday development team within the Human Resources’ Enabling Solutions organization. This position will report to the Manager, Business System Development-Workday.
