About the Team
The Enterprise Platform Technology (EPTech) organization’s Associate Experience (AX) team is looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Associate Experience Lead to shape and lead experience and engagement efforts for our EPTech teams. In this role, you’ll empower and inspire associates throughout the organization through relevant engagement strategies, events, thoughtful communications, impactful hybrid connection, and purposeful recognition programs to empower a thriving tech organization.
The Director, Project Management is looking for a candidate with a passion for engaging and empowering associates, who has a keen eye for well-crafted communications that make an impact, and has strong program and process management skills who can identify strategic areas of opportunity for our organization while turning those ideas into reality. The ideal candidate will be the beacon of how our culture and values manifest in words, actions, and attitude and have a proven ability to: understand the customer (the associates) and their needs, develop end-to end strategies and roadmaps for initiatives, partner closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to influence and ensure buy-in, manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment, create inspirational communications and materials, and passionately deliver high-impact, large scale efforts that enhance the associate experience.
This candidate will also be positioned to be a people leader, as well, so passion for leading and inspiring a team to deliver great associate experiences is essential!
Responsibilities
Build and drive engagement and recognition strategy including developing and leading focused initiatives, formal programs, and identifying new ways to elevate the associate experience and engagement
Oversight of organization-wide events and leader engagements with a personalized approach, and partnership with key stakeholders to ensure highest impact and engagement
Lead and plan learning and developmental opportunities, understanding the areas of growth or additional opportunities that will elevate the various populations
Understanding how and when to use associate insights when formulating plans and actions
Designing, developing, and leading project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing risk
Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Build your own internal community by connecting with partners in other parts of the organization to uncover areas of opportunity for collaboration and innovation
The person will:

Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 7 years of project Management, process, or change management experience
At least 7 years of experience with employee engagement and people strategy
At least 7 years of experience in communications or supporting communications functions
At least 3 years of people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior, Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or Human Resources
3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
3+ years of experience with executive-level clients OR with HR communications
3+ years of experience working effectively with multiple constituents, including peers, executive management, senior management
2+ years of experience in an information technology environment or supporting Technology professionals
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
