We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Email Marketing Manager IC (Virtual) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns that drive revenue and engagement for our different portfolios. You will build and manage email content, nurture customer relationships through targeted communications, and report on campaign performance to inform strategic improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Write copy for targeted, relevant, and compelling email communications.
- Maintain daily production, scheduling, and execution of email campaign setups, including final testing of email assets.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and refine email triggers, delivery timing, and content based on data-driven insights.
- Build and manage processes that allow for the scalability of marketing initiatives, ensuring they can be executed efficiently across the organization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize email campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.
- Clearly and effectively communicate progress, outcomes, and any potential blockers to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and email marketing best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- In partnership with Sr. Growth Automation Manager, work to grow the qualified prospect and subscriber database.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of email marketing experience including email development, copywriting, and campaign execution, preferably in the B2B technology or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Understanding of lead nurtures, segmentation, dynamic content, and how email marketing fits within a multi-channel campaign strategy.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling, conversion-focused email content that builds relationships and trust.
- Experience and aptitude in marketing technology platforms, specifically ESPs and/or MAPs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to project manage several deliverables concurrently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Excellent organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to using HTML and CSS for email design; in-depth knowledge is not necessary.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, notably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or an equivalent platform) and Salesforce CRM.
- Innovative thinking with a creative approach to campaign development and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of relational databases and structured data.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.
Preferred but not required.

Summary pay range: $96,050.00-$129,950.00.
