About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager. We have two opportunities aligned to Wholesale Operations Change Portfolio reporting to Galina Grabov and COO Non-Operations Change Portfolio reporting to Michelle Joseph.
In this role, you will:- Lead large, complex change initiatives for the Chief Operating Office (COO) including regulatory, strategic and transformation efforts.
- Engage with senior leaders across the organization.
- Develop an effective program roadmap to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and integrate multiple workstreams / projects to contribute to the overall program goals.
- Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and validate those needs are met.
- Verify the appropriate resources are allocated to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and identify mitigation strategies.
- Track the overall progress of the effort to monitor achievement of objectives.
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- A highly visible senior role with a 7+ years with proven ability to drive transformation/change management initiatives in a prior large-scale financial services firm.
- Experience working in a fast-paced matrixed environment in Financial Services industry.
- Ability to manage large scale products/programs in a complex environment across multiple lines of business.
- End-to-End Change management experience.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to articulate a complex problem, think critically in order to initiate action, make difficult decisions and generate creative solutions.
- Exceptional facilitation skills to lead discussion that result in consensus and buy-in
- Experience leading highly complex Programs and leading other project managers.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to create/modify operational policies, procedures and/or operating models.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify, document, track and lead stakeholders through assessment and/or remediation of multiple risks, issues and impediments simultaneously.
- Exceptional consulting skills and experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to include executive presence.
- Experience working with ambiguity, changing priorities and deadlines.
Locations: Charlotte, NC; Saint Louis, MO, Chandler, AZ; San Antonio, TX and Minneapolis, MN. Only posted locations will be considered.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
