Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Des Moines, IA - HYBRID

Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce environment.
Maintenance and enhancement of workflows, functions and configurations.
Approve system changes prior to deployment.
Train end-users as required.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field.
Minimum five years in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Key Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform.
Excellent communication.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Problem-solving abilities.

- Must possess strong skills in Salesforce Administration
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is required
- Proficient in drafting Business Requirement Documents
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Must maintain a flexible work schedule to meet demands of clients
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
