Aduro Advisors is looking for a new member to join our Customer Success team. This person has a background in software technical support and Salesforce administration, or a desire to become a Salesforce administrator.

Aduro Advisors has developed FundPanel, a proprietary cloud-based application on top of Salesforce. The application is a cloud-based software solution tailored to the venture capital and private equity. Designed around a portal for investors, the software is a cost-effective solution that streamlines the back and front-office operations for venture capital funds. Our system combines CRM information, fund data, documents, and works with third party solutions to create a centralized solution.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Route support tickets daily to the relevant people
- Troubleshoot common issues with end users and escalate tickets when needed
- Data-entry and mass-data uploads
- Learn processes, terminology, and use cases of our Venture Capital end-users
- Assist with maintaining our knowledgebase and contribute new articles on common support issues
- Assist users with simple customizations to their Salesforce such as building HTML email templates
- Assist with break-fix resolution for bugs/errors that are reported by users
- Assist with system administration and maintenance of 600+ instances of our application
- Assist in onboarding and training new users
- Dedicate time to continued professional development and certifications
The salary range for the Junior Salesforce Administrator position is $60,000 - $75,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with technical support and administration of Salesforce
- 1+ years of experience working directly with customers via phone, email, and screen-share
- Salesforce Admin certification or Trailhead Badges or personal projects are a plus.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
- Keen critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Organizational skills such as task planning and priority management
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills & any basic experience with coding or desire to learn basic coding
- Ideal candidates must be self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- As a member of the Aduro Advisors team, this individual must be able to grow positive, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues while working independently at home
- Experience or interest in venture capital, private equity, and developing software solutions is a plus.
