About the Role
We seek a self-starter with excellent communications skills to join our Information Technologies End User Services team. You will provide real-time customer service and assistance to Nightwing employees who contact us for a wide variety of problems and support requests. We are a collaborative environment with hands-on training and support from peers and management.

You will provide direct technical support by referring to documentation and using the scientific method. You will get hands-on experience with the various systems and software we use. You will assist with desktop PC support, network switch configuration, asset inventory, procurement, documentation, and shipping, as well as participate in all relevant meetings. You will be expected to push yourself to learn every day and to embrace our culture of continuous improvement and learning.
You will be expected to execute improvement projects that you select and present the results to coworkers and leadership.
Work Location:
Your primary places of work will be at the Nightwing CODEX offices in Palm Bay, FL and Indialantic, FL. You must be willing to travel within the US. You should live within an hour commute of our offices and are expected to perform your duties on site with occasional after hours and weekend work required.
Required Education:
BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
