Overview
The Live-In Manager will have a meaningful role in the oversight and day-to-day operations of the facility. This position comes with a 1bdr/1bath apartment. The ideal candidate will be a competent in multiple areas. Minor maintenance/ troubleshooting as well as the ability to be the office manager 1-2 days per week.
Duties
- Will assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
- Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are clean and available for renting
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
- We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
- Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or maintenance is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
